1. About Lazqa and these Terms
These Terms govern your use of Lazqa (لزقة), available at lazqa.app, and any related services, operated by gaanai.co. By creating an account, purchasing a credit pack or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country, or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. The service
Lazqa is an AI-powered WhatsApp sticker generation platform for Personal and Business use. It offers three control modes — Instant, Flex and Expert — and supports Arabic and English typography inside stickers, facial-feature preservation from a reference photo you upload (Identity Lock), and brand logo integration, together with a library to save, organize into packs and export your stickers. AI results are inherently varied, and Lazqa does not guarantee that a result will match a specific expectation exactly.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, for keeping your sign-in method secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits (1 credit = 1 sticker)
The service runs on credits: one credit equals one high-quality final sticker. Every generation or regeneration (including “New idea”) consumes one credit for each sticker it creates, from the relevant balance. Personal and Business balances are separate and cannot be transferred between each other. If a sticker fails to generate for a technical reason, its credit is returned to your balance automatically. Credits are not money, have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account, except as required by the Refund Policy or by law. Promotional, gift and referral credits are subject to the terms stated when they are granted.
5. Purchases and payment
Packs shown on the Pricing page are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Each price is shown with its currency, and the final total including any applicable taxes is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Lazqa does not store payment card numbers on its servers.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if no credit from that pack has been used. Once one or more credits have been used, the purchase is non-refundable. The full rules and how to request a refund are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. AI acceptable use policy
Only upload a photo of a person (including Identity Lock photos) if it is you, or if you have the legal right and the explicit consent of the person shown. Only upload a logo or trademark that you own or are authorized to use. Public availability of an image does not grant permission to use it. You must not use the service to create: sexual, pornographic or otherwise NSFW content; any content that sexualizes or inappropriately depicts minors; hateful or discriminatory content; harassment or defamation of, or abuse directed at, real people; content that glorifies or incites violence; illegal content; non-consensual deepfakes of real people or content intended to impersonate or mislead; or content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or personality rights of others.
8. Enforcement
Lazqa may review requests and results automatically or manually to prevent prohibited content, and may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is the subject of a credible report. Accounts suspended for violating the acceptable use policy are not entitled to a refund of credits or packs.
9. Ownership of final stickers and usage rights
To the extent permitted by law and subject to underlying materials and third-party rights, a final sticker or design created specifically for your request belongs to you or the brand for which it was requested. Stickers created in the Personal space are for personal, non-commercial use; stickers created in the Business space may be used commercially by the brand they were created for. Lazqa does not acquire ownership of your original uploaded images, logos or brand-identity files. Lazqa retains all rights in the platform, its software, design, brand, prompts, generation workflows and methods. Generation does not give you rights in third-party intellectual property that you did not otherwise have.
10. Promotional license to Lazqa
While you retain the ownership described above, you grant Lazqa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and publish final stickers and designs for marketing, promotion, service showcases, portfolio use, advertising campaigns, presentations, the Lazqa website and Lazqa social-media channels. This license does not transfer ownership of your underlying uploaded materials to Lazqa and does not grant Lazqa rights in third-party intellectual property beyond rights permitted by applicable law or the relevant authorization.
11. Service providers and responsibility
Generation, storage, authentication and payment features rely on technical service providers, and data required to fulfill a request is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for holding the rights and permissions required for submitted materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and Lazqa is not responsible for claims arising from materials you used without authorization or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Availability and changes
We may improve the service, change its features, or pause it for maintenance, technical or security reasons. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
13. Ending your use
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Lazqa may suspend or end access to the service if these Terms are violated or where the law requires it.
14. Updates
These Terms may change. If a change is material or requires a new acceptance version, Lazqa may ask you to accept the updated Terms before using affected features.
