One credit = one high-quality final sticker. If a sticker fails for a technical reason, its credit comes back to your balance on its own.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy stay in your balance. Only gifts have a time limit: the welcome gift (Your first 2 stickers are on us) lasts 30 days from confirming your account.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credit from the pack.
How do I add the stickers to WhatsApp?
Download a sticker and send it in any chat, or collect 3 or more into a pack from your library. Adding straight to the WhatsApp sticker tray is coming with the Lazqa app.
What is the difference between Personal and Business?
Each space has its own balance that cannot move to the other. Business packs also add a brand space with your logo and colors.
