Who we are
This policy explains how Lazqa (لزقة), available at lazqa.app and operated by gaanai.co, collects, uses and protects your data. For any question or request about your data, contact us at support@lazqa.app.
Data we collect
Account data: email address, name and sign-in method (email or Google). Usage data: generation history, chosen settings and credit balance activity. Content you upload: reference photos of people (Identity Lock and the people library), brand logos and colors, and the text and descriptions you write. Results you create: stickers and packs. Purchase data: order number, pack, amount and payment status as reported by Paddle, without card details. Operational data: technical information and security logs needed to run and protect the service.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service and fulfill generation requests, manage your account, balances and purchases, answer support and refund requests, protect the service against abuse and fraud, improve the service in general, and meet legal requirements.
How your photos and logos are used
Personal photos and brand logos you upload are used strictly to generate the stickers you request, and are stored securely in your private library or brand profile. We never sell these photos or logos to third parties, and we do not use them to train external or public AI models without your consent. The service does not create biometric identification templates or use these images to identify people.
People library
If you choose to save a person image, we store an organizational name you provide and one or more images in your private account space, together with the rights attestation category you provided for each image.
Access and storage
Uploaded image and logo files are not public. The site uses temporary access links for display and processing instead of publishing a permanent public file URL.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to run the service, and each receives only the data it needs: AI model providers (such as OpenAI and Google) to process request text and selected reference images and generate stickers; cloud hosting, database and storage services (Supabase); Google sign-in, if you choose it; and Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to process payments, taxes and invoices under its own privacy policy. Lazqa does not receive or store payment card numbers on its servers.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not make your image library public. We share data only with the service providers described above, when required by law or a competent authority, or to protect our users and the security of the service.
Retention and deletion
Saved images and files remain available in your library until you delete them or your account, subject to temporary backups or legitimate legal retention requirements where applicable, such as purchase records the law requires us to keep.
Your rights and data deletion
You can delete stickers, images and saved items from your library and brand workspaces where the app offers it, and you can add more images, change the primary image, delete an individual image, or delete a saved person and their images. To request a copy or correction of your data, the deletion of a logo or other content, or the full deletion of your account, email support@lazqa.app from your account email address; we will process the request after verifying your identity.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as private storage, temporary links and restricted access permissions. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
Children
The service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from a child without a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and we delete such data if we learn of it.
International processing
Data may be processed or stored by our service providers in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and show the date of the latest update at the top of the page. We will tell you about material changes inside the service.
