الخدمة

نصنع حزم ملصقات لواتساب بالذكاء الاصطناعي. تكتب وصفاً وعبارات بالعربي، فنولّد صوراً بخلفية شفافة ونضيف النص عليها، ثم نجمعها في حزمة قابلة للتنزيل والإضافة إلى واتساب.

لَزقة ليست تابعة لواتساب أو ميتا ولا معتمدة منهما.

The service

We generate WhatsApp sticker packs with AI. You provide an Arabic description and captions; we generate transparent-background images, render the caption text onto them, and assemble a pack you can download and add to WhatsApp.

Lazqa is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

الرصيد والدفع

تشتري رصيداً: كل ملصق يُولَّد يخصم رصيداً واحداً. الشراء لمرة واحدة، ولا يوجد اشتراك ولا تجديد تلقائي ولا أي خصم دوري.

الدفع يتم عبر مزود الدفع الخاص بنا، ويعمل بصفته البائع المسجَّل للمعاملة، وهو من يتولى بيانات البطاقة والفواتير والاستردادات. لا نخزن بيانات بطاقتك.

الرصيد شخصي لحسابك، وغير قابل للتحويل أو الصرف نقداً خارج ما تنص عليه سياسة الاسترداد.

Credits and payment

You buy credits: one credit is consumed per sticker generated. Purchases are one-off — there is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge of any kind.

Payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction and handles card data, receipts and refunds. We never store your card details.

Credits belong to your account, are not transferable, and are not exchangeable for cash except as described in our refund policy.

التسليم والفشل

التسليم رقمي وفوري: يبدأ تنفيذ الحزمة خلال دقائق من إرسالها، وتظهر الملصقات في لوحتك أولاً بأول.

إذا فشل توليد ملصق، يُعاد رصيده إلى حسابك تلقائياً وفوراً. لا تدفع مقابل ملصق لم تستلمه.

Delivery and failures

Delivery is digital and immediate: rendering starts within minutes of submitting a pack, and stickers appear in your dashboard as they complete.

If a sticker fails to generate, its credit is returned to your balance automatically and immediately. You never pay for a sticker you did not receive.

المحتوى المسموح والمراجعة

تُراجع العبارات قبل التوليد. نرفض المحتوى الذي يذكر أشخاصاً حقيقيين بأسمائهم، أو شخصيات محمية بعلامات تجارية، أو مادة جنسية أو عنيفة أو محرِّضة على الكراهية.

أنت مسؤول عن أي شعار أو نص أو صورة ترفعها، وتؤكد أن لديك الحق في استخدامها. قد نوقف حزمة أو حساباً عند انتهاك هذه الشروط.

Acceptable content and moderation

Captions are screened before generation. We reject content naming real people, trademarked characters, or sexual, violent or hateful material.

You are responsible for any logo, text or image you upload, and you warrant that you have the right to use it. We may stop a pack or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

الملكية

الملصقات المولّدة من حزمك ملك لك، ويمكنك استخدامها تجارياً بلا رسوم إضافية.

نحتفظ بحق عرض نماذج مجهولة الهوية من الملصقات لأغراض العرض والتسويق. راسلنا وسنستثني حزمك من ذلك.

Ownership

You own the stickers generated from your packs and may use them commercially at no extra charge.

We keep the right to display anonymised samples for showcase and marketing purposes. Email us and we will exclude your packs.

السن والحساب

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر، أو أن تستخدم الخدمة بموافقة وليّ أمرك.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على بيانات دخولك.

Age and account

You must be 18 or over, or use the service with a guardian's consent.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.

حدود المسؤولية والتغييرات

الخدمة مقدَّمة كما هي. المخرجات مولَّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وقد لا تطابق توقعك تماماً؛ ونعالج ذلك عبر إعادة الرصيد عند الفشل وعبر سياسة الاسترداد. مسؤوليتنا في كل الأحوال محدودة بما دفعته خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as is. Output is AI-generated and may not match your expectation exactly; we address that through automatic credit refunds on failure and through our refund policy. Our liability is in all cases limited to what you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المصري، وتُنظر أي نزاعات أمام المحاكم المصرية المختصة.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and any disputes are heard by the competent Egyptian courts.
