Data controller

The controller of your data is TODO: registered legal name of the sole proprietorship (Lazqa), TODO: registered address, Egypt. For questions or deletion: TODO: support@example.com.

ما نجمعه

بريدك الإلكتروني والاسم المعروض لإنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول.

ملف علامتك التجارية إن أدخلته: الاسم، القطاع، الشعار، والألوان.

عبارات الحزم والأوصاف التي تكتبها، والملصقات والصور المولَّدة منها.

سجلات الدفع: الحزمة المشتراة، المبلغ، حالة الطلب، ومعرّف المعاملة عند مزود الدفع، وبيانات الفاتورة الضريبية إن طلبتها. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزنها.

What we collect

Your email address and display name, to create your account and sign you in.

Your business profile if you provide one: name, sector, logo and colours.

The pack captions and descriptions you write, and the stickers and images generated from them.

Payment records: the package purchased, amount, order status, the provider's transaction reference, and tax-invoice details if you request an invoice. We never receive or store your card details.

أين تُخزَّن ومن يعالجها

تُخزَّن الحسابات وقواعد البيانات والملفات على بنية Supabase التحتية.

لتوليد الملصقات، تُرسل أوصافك وعباراتك إلى مزودي ذكاء اصطناعي خارجيين لغرض التوليد فقط.

معالجة المدفوعات تتم عند مزود الدفع الخاص بنا بصفته البائع المسجَّل للمعاملة.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

Storage and processors

Accounts, database records and files are stored on Supabase infrastructure.

To generate stickers, your descriptions and captions are sent to third-party AI providers, for generation only.

Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record for the transaction.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

لماذا نستخدمها

لتشغيل الخدمة: توليد الملصقات، خصم الرصيد وإعادته، وعرض حزمك في لوحتك.

لمراجعة المحتوى ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، ولتشخيص الأخطاء وتحسين جودة المخرجات.

للامتثال للمحاسبة والالتزامات القانونية المتعلقة بالمدفوعات.

Why we use it

To run the service: generate stickers, deduct and refund credits, and show your packs in your dashboard.

To moderate content and prevent abuse, and to diagnose failures and improve output quality.

To meet accounting and legal obligations relating to payments.

المدة والحقوق

نحفظ حسابك وحزمك ما دام حسابك قائماً. تُحفظ سجلات الدفع للمدة التي تفرضها الالتزامات المحاسبية.

يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك ومحتواه بمراسلتنا على TODO: support@example.com. نرد خلال 5 أيام عمل.

Retention and your rights

We keep your account and packs for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting obligations.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its content by emailing TODO: support@example.com. We reply within 5 business days.
